What We Do
We connect the dots.
Community, Youth & Stakeholder Engagement:
this service involves local communities and young people in decision-making processes to ensure multi-generational perspectives are heard. We work toward creating a world where those most impacted by changes in their community are also the key change makers.
Learning & Knowledge Curation:
a powerful tool that transforms dense information into something that is easy to understand. As knowledge curators, we use our creativity and expertise to select, organize, and present information in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing and intellectually stimulating. It is the process of connecting the dots.
Participatory Storytelling:
this type of storytelling weaves the voice and experience of people from all ages and backgrounds into a single narrative. We use this method both for research purposes and for sharing personal narratives and historical accounts. It focuses on how the story is created while encouraging inclusivity, co-creation, and mutual respect.
Landscape Analysis:
an analysis that provides a comprehensive understanding of a specific area or domain by examining its various components, relationships, and trends. We help our partners make informed decisions, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks within the realm they are operating in.
Strategy & Thought Partnership:
this resource helps partners share ideas, challenge assumptions, build relationships and achieve goals. We use strategy to define goals and create roadmaps while engaging in thought partnership to offer different perspectives. The fusion of these concepts is the art of collaborating with one another to create a shared vision of the future.
Justice-Centered Research:
a practice that seeks to promote justice and ensure those who are most affected by the research are involved in the research process. We engage in justice-centered research to amplify voices on the margins and ensure their experiences and perspectives are accurately represented.
